Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order is placed after 12:00 PM AEST, it may be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Most metro areas fall within the 3–5 day range, while regional areas may take the full 7 days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen courier delays.

Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.
Delivery Network
We partner with Australia Post and selected local couriers to ensure reliable coverage across all states and territories, including regional and remote areas.
Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a parcel is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
